We provide professional photography & marketing description to most effectively advertise your home on major rental sites. We screen inquiries/applicants and guide tours. Once identified, we finalize a comprehensive lease & collect funds. 67% of 1 month's rent ($1500 min.)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:        Included in Tenant Placement, we evaluate your property's needs to return the highest market rent. We coordinate with vetted vendors to get the work done while timing it appropriately to quickly find a tenant without compromise to tenant quality.

ON-GOING MANAGEMENT:         For a flat fee of $150/mo for a single property (price scales if more units are managed), we provide full-service property management. We are your sole contact so communication is direct, efficient and timely. You can remain detached from your investment, leaving tenant and vendor interactions to us so you can enjoy the fruits of your investments.

PURCHASE/SALE:        In this volatile market, we not only listen to and incorporate your needs and wants into a real estate investment, we also guide and advise you objectively to ensure your investment is personal AND makes financial sense. We deliver the facts, good or bad, so you can invest confidently in the knowledge of all the numbers and conditions relevant to the deal.

INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS:        We deliver consulting to identify investment property that meets your specific goals including providing an experience-supported market analysis, rental price analysis, ROI financial projection and 1031 coordination if needed (additional fee for 1031).
